Resep Es Loly Jely Bubble
Bahan :
- 500 ml air
- 250 gr stroberi segar
- 1 bks jeli bubuk
- 150 gr gula pasir
- 1/8 sdt garam
- 2 tetes pewarna merah cabai
- 50 gr jeli bubble
- Blender air dan stroberi. Masukkan jeli bubuk, gula pasir, dan garam. Masak sambil diaduk sampai mendidih.
- Tambahkan pewarna merah cabai. Aduk rata.
- Masukkan jeli bubble. Aduk rata.
- Tuang di cetakan loly pop. Tekan dan bekukan.
