Cah Daging Kepiting Telur

Bahan-bahan:

  • 1 kg kepiting
  • 2 buah telur ayam
  • 1 siung bawang bombay ukuran sedang, iris halus
  • garam secukupnya
  • lada secukupnya
  • minyak untuk menumis

Cara Membuat:

  1. Rebus kepiting hingga matang, lalu ambil ambil dagingnya.
  2. Tuang minyak kedalam wajan, lalu masukan irisan bawang bombay, tumis hingga harum
  3. Masukan telur dan daging kepiting, aduk hingga rata, beri sidikit garam dan lada untuk perasa.
  4. Sajikan selagi hangat
