Bahan-bahan:
- 1 kg kepiting
- 2 buah telur ayam
- 1 siung bawang bombay ukuran sedang, iris halus
- garam secukupnya
- lada secukupnya
- minyak untuk menumis
Cara Membuat:
- Rebus kepiting hingga matang, lalu ambil ambil dagingnya.
- Tuang minyak kedalam wajan, lalu masukan irisan bawang bombay, tumis hingga harum
- Masukan telur dan daging kepiting, aduk hingga rata, beri sidikit garam dan lada untuk perasa.
- Sajikan selagi hangat
